We suggest you make reservations for our flights one to two weeks in advance. However, we will do our best to accommodate your party on shorter notice. With sufficient notice we can accommodate parties of any size with several balloons. Weekends tend to be busier than weekdays, especially during the fall foliage months of September, October, and November.

Balloon Flights: $300 per person.

Bed, Breakfast, and Ballooning: Please Call

To make a reservation, print out the Registration Form, fill it out with all the pertinent data that applies to you, and send it to us via US Mail with a deposit of $50 per person . The balance is payable on the day of the flight by cash, personal check, or gold bullion. Deposits are refundable if the weather is unsuitable on the day of your scheduled flight and you choose not to reschedule, or if you give us at least ten days notice of cancellation.

The day before your scheduled flight, call us to confirm weather conditions and meeting time. On the day of your flight we will call you at least one hour before our meeting time to give you a final weather check and to confirm which site we will be flying from.

Meeting times for morning flights are between 5:30 - 6:00 a.m. in Spring and Summer, and 6:30 - 7:00 a.m. in Fall and Winter. If you're coming from outside of the local area, read all about our overnight package of Bed, Breakfast & Ballooning
